My submission for Week 7 of 
:
"Give any Ninja Turtles character, even the the characters who have already been exposed, another dose of mutagen (the green ooze)."
I went with the 80s cartoon and mutated Shredder with Krang in his exo-suit. The result is a design somewhat inspired by the Utrom Shredder from the 2003 cartoon.
I really wanted to get really detailed with it, but decided to leave it a little rough before I get obsessed with the details and take forever to finish it.

Ah very interesting choose of design to combine the two main antagonists together. I wondering how big treat they will be when come face to face with the Turtles?
